Liz Patterson set up Visionary Consultancy and Training Limited in 1996, after appearing on the BBC and Channel 5 reporting on customer service issues. This led her to deliver the company’s first training course on customer service.
The company now deliver over 40 soft skill training programmes in the private, public and third sectors. Visionary Consultancy also offer coaching, mediation and mystery shop services.
They specialise in the Visionary Process, which gives a complete training and coaching package.
