Liz Patterson set up Visionary Consultancy and Training Limited in 1996, after appearing on the BBC and Channel 5 reporting on customer service issues. This led to delivering their first training course on customer service.

The company now deliver over 40 soft skill training programmes in the private, public and third sectors.  We also offer coaching, mediation and mystery shop services.

We specialise in the Visionary Process, which gives a complete training and coaching package.

About Liz Patterson

Liz is an experienced consultant specialising in the Visionary Process – an approach that supports organisations in delivering exceptional internal and external customer care. Rather than a one-off intervention, this is a structured, ongoing process that creates lasting cultural change.

In addition to training, Liz provides professional mediation services, helping individuals and teams resolve conflict constructively and rebuild effective working relationships. 

Liz is also highly skilled in training needs analysis, programme design, delivery and follow up coaching, ensuring that every intervention leads to meaningful and sustainable results.
