We offer pre and post course work options. The pre course work sets the scene for the delegates, helping them to come to our event mentally prepared. The post course work helps to “embed” the learning and gives an excellent return on your training investment. We can also issue certificates on completion of the delegate’s post course mini assignments.

Liz Patterson set up Visionary Consultancy and Training Limited in 1996, after appearing on the BBC and Channel 5 reporting on customer service issues. This led to delivering their first training course on customer service.
The company now deliver over 40 soft skill training programmes in the private, public and third sectors. We also offer coaching, mediation and mystery shop services.
We specialise in the Visionary Process, which gives a complete training and coaching package.
About Liz Patterson
The company Director Liz Patterson set up Visionary Consultancy in 1996, after appearing on the BBC and Channel 5 reporting on customer service issues. This led to delivering Visionary’s first customer service training programme. The company now delivers over 40 soft skill programmes for private, public and voluntary organisations.
Liz is an experienced consultant specialising in the Visionary Process. This focuses organisatons to give exceptional internal and external customer care. This is done through a process not a one off event.
Liz is also involved in training needs analysis, design and the delivery of training programmes and follow up coaching sessions.
