We offer pre and post course work options. The pre course work sets the scene for the delegates, helping them to come to our event mentally prepared. The post course work helps to “embed” the learning and gives an excellent return on your training investment. We can also issue certificates on completion of the delegate’s post course mini assignments.

Liz Patterson set up Visionary Consultancy and Training Limited in 1996, after appearing on the BBC and Channel 5 reporting on customer service issues. This led to delivering their first training course on customer service.
The company now deliver over 40 soft skill training programmes in the private, public and third sectors. We also offer coaching, mediation and mystery shop services.
